Are there any long term contracts?
NO. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
Absolutely not. You will only be billed for the monthly subscription fee based on the eStore package you choose.
What are Web Traffic Statistics?
This is another amazing tool we offer all of our customers at no additional charge. You can log into your account at anytime to see how many people have viewed your store, how long they stayed, what they bought, and more. This tool helps our customers say in touch with what there clients are looking for and shows you how well your products are selling. It also shows you the traffic that is being driven to your site by being a member of the Ecomster.com family.
What does “Advertising placement in your store” mean?
This applies only to our Bronze account members. Ecomster.com reserves the right to place paid advertising on your page at anytime. If Ecomster.com chooses to place advertising on your page, we promise that is will it will not promote anything which is deemed to be illegal, immoral or unethical. Silver, Gold and Platinum members do not currently have outside advertising placed on any of their pages.
What if I want to change my account?
You can upgrade (or downgrade) your account at any time.
What is the Online Site Editor?
The Site Editor allows you to access your site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere to make changes. Say that you want to change the price of a product, or add products or even change your logo. Just log in to your account and use the online site editor to make those changes within minutes.

A visitor to your store can type in face lotion and be taken immediately to the products they are looking for, but only within your site. They will not be re-directed to any other store.

When will I be billed?
If you signed up for our Bronze account you will never be billed. Your subscription is 100% FREE! If you choose to upgrade your account, you will be billed when you upgrade. If you signed up for our Silver, Gold or Platinum package, you will be billed monthly after you have completed your 14 day FREE trial.
